Non-Fatal Shooting

On Sept. 8 at approximately 6:42 p.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to the 1800 block of North Chapel Street to investigate a reported shooting.
Once at the location, officers located a 31-year-old male victim suffering an apparent gunshot wound to the chest. Medic transported the victim to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
