Eastern District Police Find Man Shot to Death in Car

On May 6, at approximately 4:09 a.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting on the unit block of East 21stStreet.

Once at that location, they discovered 33-year-old Garfield Redd inside a vehicle suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

Medics responded and pronounced the victim deceased a short time later.

Homicide Detectives are investigating. Anyone with any information is asked to contact them at 410-396-2100.
