Officers from the Baltimore Police Department are investigating an early morning shooting on April 30 along Ashland Avenue.

According to a press release, officers were called to the 2800 block of Ashland Avenue where they found a man with an apparent gunshot wound. The man was taken to an area hospital and is expected to make a recovery.
