Downtown Shooting Leaves Teen Injured, 23-Year-Old Dead

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a Central District homicide investigation.

On Nov. 21, at approximately 8:37 p.m., Central District officers were on patrol when they heard discharging coming from the 400 block of W. Saratoga Street.

Officers canvassed the area and located two victims, a 23-year-old male and an 18-year-old female, suffering from gunshot wounds. Medics responded to the scene and transported the victims to an area hospital.

The 23-year-old male was pronounced deceased by medical personnel, while the female victim is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Homicide detectives are investigating this incident.
