The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an update regarding a homicide investigation in downtown Baltimore.
On Nov. 2, at approximately 1:35 a.m., officers responded to the 300 block of W. Lexington Street. Upon arrival, they located a 32-year-old male suffering from an apparent life-threatening gunshot wound.
The victim was initially listed in critical condition, but ultimately succumbed to his injuries at an area hospital.
Homicide detectives are currently investigating.
