On Aug. 23, at approximately 1:12 a.m., Northeast District patrol offices with the Baltimore Police Department responded to the 5400 block of Frankford Avenue, for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located a 23-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
