Detectives Seek Answers in Shooting of Two Teens Near East Pratt Street

On April 9, at approximately 9:11 p.m., officers were conducting crowd control in the 400 block of East Pratt Street when multiple shots were fired by an unidentified suspect at the location.

Officers immediately canvassed they location and located a 16-year-old male and a 14-year-old male, both suffering from apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Both victims were transported to area hospitals for treatment.

Investigators are currently interviewing a possible suspect, that was taken into custody nearby.
