On June 4, at approximately 8:39 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of Orchard Street to investigate a report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers observed 19-year-old K’mauri Ebanks suffering from numerous life-threatening gunshot wounds. Medics transported the victim to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma, where he was pronounced deceased a short time later.
Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
