Detectives Report Walk-In Hospital Shooting Victim in Northeast District

On March 8, at approximately 3:48 p.m., officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) were dispatched to an area hospital to investigate a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment.

Responding officers arrived at the hospital and observed a 36-year-old male being treated by medical personnel and suffering from numerous gunshot wounds to his body.

Upon further investigation, detectives located a crime scene in the 3900 block of Erdman Avenue.

Northeast District shooting detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.
