On June 15, at approximately 12:11 p.m., officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 2600 block of Greenmount Avenue for reports of a discharging. While they were on scene, they were dispatched to an area hospital for a call for a walk-in shooting victim.

Officers observed a 32-year-old male victim suffering from what appeared to be a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the stomach.

Following further investigation, officers believe a suspect and a victim were engaged in a verbal exchange in the area of the above address when the suspect allegedly shot the victim.
