Detectives Looking into Non-Fatal Shooting on Belair Road

On April 15, at approximately 7:05 p.m., officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 5400 block of Belair Road for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located a 46-year-old male who was suffering from gunshot wounds.

The victim was transported to an area hospital with what appears to be non-life-threatening injuries.

Northeast District detectives responded and are investigating this incident.

Preliminary information revealed the victim was walking in the block when an unknown vehicle pulled up alongside him and an occupant exited the vehicle and began shooting at the victim.
