Detectives Launch Investigation into North Monroe Street Non-Fatal Shooting

On March 23, at approximately 3:38 p.m., Western District officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 200 block of North Monroe Street to investigate a reported shooting.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 33-year-old female suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound to her body. The victim has been transported by medics to an area hospital for treatment.

Western District shooting detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.
