Baltimore Police Department detectives from the Southeast District are investigating a shooting that occurred on 3100 block of Pulaski Highway.
When officers arrived on the scene they located a 21-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds to the shoulder. He was taken to an area hospital where he is listed as being in stable condition.
The victim allegedly had a physical altercation with the suspect, who then brandished a firearm and allegedly shot the victim.
