On Sept. 7, at approximately 5:03 p.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of Aisquith Street to investigate a call for a questionable death.
Upon arrival, officers observed an unidentified male body decomposed in the high grass lot. The Medical Examiner’s Office responded and took possession of the body. Upon completing the autopsy, the Medical Examiner determined that the victim was shot and killed. The victim’s identity will be released once the next of kin is notified.
Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
