On Sept. 5, 2023, at approximately 4:36 p.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 800 block of North Fremont Street for a report of a possible body in the rear of the location.
Once there, Baltimore Police Department officers located human remains in an advanced state of decomposition.
The victim’s body was transported to the Medical Examiner’s office, where the death was ruled to be a homicide on May 6. The manner of death was stabbing.
The adult male victim’s identity is still unknown to investigators. The victim is believed to be in his 50s.
