If you registered via email, you will receive daily email notifications by default. If you registered by phone, by default you will receive daily text message notifications.
- If you want to receive notifications by text message, click the Edit button on the Phone Number row below. You will be prompted to enter your phone number and then click the Send Verification Code button. Enter the verification code that you will receive by text message and click the Submit button to validate your phone number.
- Next, click the Edit button on the Alert Type row. In the Alert Settings pop-up dialog, you can now choose to receive notifications via Text and/or Email.
- You can also change the Alert frequency to Weekly or Daily (the default).
Next, click the Select Cases tab above to search for cases you want to follow.
