On December 1, 2023, at approximately 9:09 a.m., Northeast District patrol officers responded to the 4900 block of Crenshaw Avenue, for a report of an unresponsive male.
Once there, officers located 17-year-old Carlos Oseguera-Funez with gunshot wounds to the body.
Medics responded to the location and pronounced the victim deceased on the scene.
