The trial of a 29-year-old homicide defendant was rescheduled for October on Jan. 26 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa Phinn.

Isaiah Eaddy is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and use of a deadly weapon with the intent to injure in connection to an incident on May 12, 2020.

Trial was postponed due to the suspension of jury selection with the rise of COVID-19 cases.

Eaddy is represented by defense attorney Bradley MacFee. Eaddy’s trial is scheduled for Oct. 4.
