A post-conviction hearing for a Baltimore man was postponed on Jan. 11 due to the defendant not being transferred to appear in court.

In October 2011, Donte Adrian Gladden was convicted and sentenced to 30 years, suspending all, but 15 years, and five years of supervised probation for attempted, second-degree murder; a consecutive five years for handgun use in committing a crime; A concurrent five years for having a handgun on his person; a concurrent one year for shooting and discharging an unknown caliber handgun; and five months and 29 days for contempt of court for an incident that occurred on April 16, 2010.

Defense attorney Nancy Foster informed Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Cynthia Jones on Wednesday that she believed her client was still in Jessup.

Gladden’s next court date is scheduled for March 9.
