Citizen Flags Down Officers on Garrison Boulevard to Report Non-Fatal Shooting

On Jan. 29,  at approximately 11:50 a.m., Northwest District officers for the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) were on patrol in the 3300 block of Garrison Boulevard, when they were flagged down by a citizen, who advised officers that someone had been shot.

Officers began canvassing the neighborhood and were dispatched to the 3300 block of Ayrdale Avenue.

Officers located a 31-year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital. At this time, the victim’s injuries appear to be non-life threatening.

Northwest District shooting detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.
