Central Park Heights Shooting Leaves 1 Dead, 2 Wounded

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Northern District.

On June 7, at approximately 2:42 p.m., Northern District officers responded to the 2700 block of W. Cold Spring Lane to investigate a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located a 20-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Although officers and medics rendered aid, the victim was pronounced deceased on the scene.

While on scene, officers also received a call for two victims who had walked into an area hospital to seek treatment for gunshot wounds. At the hospital, officers observed an 18-year-old man and a 32-year-old man being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Homicide detectives are seeking information about the incident.
