Central District Officers Seek Information in Non-Fatal Shooting of 17-Year-Old

On Aug. 12, at approximately 9:49 p.m., Central District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department were dispatched to the 300 block of Forrest Street to investigate a call of a reported shooting. 

Upon arrival, officers located a crime scene. A short time later, officers were dispatched to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

Once there, officers located a 17-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. 

The victim is currently being treated for non-life threatening injuries. Central District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.
