Central District Officers Report Non-Fatal Shooting on East Baltimore Street

Central District shooting detectives for the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) have assumed control over the investigation of a non-fatal shooting that occurred on Jan. 27.

On Friday, at approximately 1:31 a.m., officers were dispatched to an establishment located in the 400 block of East Baltimore Street to investigate a reported shooting.

When officers arrived at the location, they were directed to the second floor of the building. Officers observed a 33-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was transported by ambulance to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
