Central District Detectives Report Homicide on South Howard Street

Officers for the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) are investigating the homicide of an unidentified man on Dec. 21.

On Wednesday, at approximately 2:49 p.m., Central District patrol officers responded to the Unit block of South Howard Street to investigate a reported shooting. 

Once at the location, officers located 36-year-old Dominick Williams suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased by medical staff.
