The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an update regarding a homicide.
Stephen Phillips, 35, was killed Oct. 20, during a fatal shooting that occurred on the 1000 block of Cameron Road.
Phillips succumbed to his injuries at an area hospital, where he was pronounced deceased the same day. A 31-year-old female victim was also injured in the shooting, but is expected to survive.
