BPD: Verbal Argument Led to Sheldon Avenue Shooting

On Feb. 21, at approximately 4:06 p.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to the 4200 block of Sheldon Avenue, for a reported shooting. 

Upon arrival, Baltimore Police Department officers located a 41-year-old male victim, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the upper body. The victim was transported to an area hospital in stable condition. 

Preliminary investigators revealed that the victim was having a verbal dispute with a known person, who shot him.
