On Dec. 4, at approximately 3:53 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 1800 block of Pennsylvania Avenue to investigate a call for a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers observed a male suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he would receive treatment for his injury.
Western District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
