The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on the 1500 block of Leslie Avenue on May 27.
According to a press release, officers located a 37-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to his right hand. He received treatment at an area hospital.

Update:
On May 29, the police reported that the man admitted to shooting himself in the hand.
