The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced the arrest of 40-year-old Tavone Lewis.
Lewis is charged with attempted first-degree murder for his alleged involvement in an incident that took place on Sept. 18 on the 300 block of S Mount Olivet Lane.
According to a press release, officers responded to reports of a shooting and discovered the victim, a 27-year-old male.
