Baltimore Police Investigate the Shooting of a 26-Year-Old Man

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the afternoon on Dec. 1. 

According to a news release, patrol officers were called to an area hospital at 12:58 p.m. for reports of a walk-in shooting victim, where a 26-year-old man was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

The victim’s condition is unknown at this time.

Investigators believe the shooting occurred in the 2200 block of East Monument Street, where officers received a call for a Shot Spotter alert.
