Baltimore Police Investigate a Vehicle Where Gunshots Rang From

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the evening of Sept. 21. 

According to a news release, officers were called to the 1300 block of N. Fremont Avenue for a shot spotter alert at 6:45 p.m. On the scene officers were directed to a vehicle on Presstman Street by witnesses who said they heard gunshots coming from the car. After approaching the vehicle officers took four people of interest into custody, and recovered a firearm.

While officers were on the scene, a shooting victim walked into an area hospital suffering from a gunshot wound to his left leg. The victim’s injuries are not life-threatening. That victim told officers that he was shot on Fremont Avenue.
