Regarding the Sept. 29 homicide that occurred on the 1100 block of S. Charles Street, 40-year-old Jewel Crowder, of Baltimore, has been arrested.
Crowder was taken into custody on Sept. 29 without incident.
Crowder is charged with the first-degree murder of 23-year-old Ryan Alexander Demby.
