The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting during the early afternoon on Jan. 11.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 3900 block of West Belvedere Avenue at approximately 2:46 p.m. for reports of shots being fired, where they found an adult male suffering from an apparent life-threatening gunshot wound.
Medics took the victim to an area hospital. His condition is unknown.
