Baltimore Man Shot in Leg on Sumter Avenue

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the morning of July 16. 

According to a news release, officers were called to the 3100 block of Sumter Avenue around 1:45 a.m.  for a reported shooting. When officers arrived, they located a male suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. 

The victim was transported to a local hospital.
