The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide in the afternoon of July 25.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 1500 block of E. Lanvale Street around 2:25 p.m. for a shooting, where 41-year-old Kelvin Jackson was found suffering from gunshots to his body.
Baltimore City medics responded and attempted life saving measures. Sadly the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Homicide detectives are investigating this incident and currently have no suspect information or motives.
