Baltimore Man in Critical Condition After Being Shot Twice in the Neck

A Baltimore man went to a hospital seeking treatment after being shot and is in critical condition on July 3, according to the Baltimore Police Department. 

Patrol officers were called to an area hospital after receiving reports of a walk-in shooting victim around 2:40 a.m., where they found a 46-year-old male victim suffering two gunshot wounds to the neck.
