A 25-year-old Baltimore man charged with attempted murder has his third retrial scheduled for December.
Dimas Osoriovasquez is charged with attempted first-degree murder, first and second-degree assault, use of a firearm during a violent crime, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, and conspiracy to first-degree assault in connection to an incident on Jan. 15, 2017.
During court proceedings on May 23, Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn listened as counsel came to an agreement on a new trial date for the defendant.
Osoriovasquez was represented by defense attorney Donald Wright.
Osoriovasquez’s retrial is scheduled for Dec. 13. It is expected to last three days.
