The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide in the late evening on June 11.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 3600 block of W. Lexington Street around 11:58 p.m. for reports of a shooting, where they found 56-year-old Bernard Jackson II suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim was pronounced dead by medics after being taken to an area hospital.
