The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced the arrest of 42-year-old Craig Anthony Parker of Baltimore.
Parker was arrested in connection to the murder of 21-year-old Kyree Plummer, which occurred Feb. 25 on the 3500 block of 5th Street.
On March 24, Warrant Apprehension detectives apprehended Parker and transported him to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with first-degree murder.
