A 47-year-old man has been arrested for the murder of a 56-year-old man on June 11.

The Baltimore Police Department has reported the arrest of Clifton Curtis Hodges, 47, exactly two days after the incident on the 3600 block of W. Lexington Street at 11:58 p.m. for reports of a shooting, where Bernard Jackson II, 56, was found suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim was pronounced dead by medics after being taken to an area hospital.

Detectives believe Hodges shot and killed Jackson II, following a dispute.

Following his arrest, Hodges was taken to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with first and second-degree murder.
