Baltimore Man Arrested for Attempted First-Degree Murder

A 29-year-old man has been arrested for the attempted murder of a 33-year-old man on July 7. 

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) has reported the arrest of Isaiah Jewel, 29, after the incident on the 200 block of Kenwood Avenue, where a 33-year-old man was found suffering from multiple gunshots. 

The victim was transported by ambulance to an area hospital and rushed to surgery. 

Through the course of their investigation, Southeast District Shooting detectives were able to identify a suspect and obtain an arrest warrant. 

On Oct. 7, Jewel was arrested and formally charged with attempted first-degree murder. He is currently being held at the Baltimore City Central Booking Intake Facility.
