A bail review hearing was postponed for a Baltimore man on Feb. 4 at the request of his defense attorney, George Harris, before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Charles J. Peters.
The 35-year-old is charged with possessing a firearm with a felony conviction, reckless endangerment, discharging a firearm, and illegal possession of ammunition in connection to an incident on May 5, 2021.
During the hearing on Friday, Judge Peters listened as Harris requested to postpone his client’s bail hearing to give time for the attorney to further discuss the case with him.
The defendant’s next bail hearing is scheduled for Feb. 11.
