Attempted homicide defendant Tony Harper, 35, is expected to be tried this September, nearly one year after the incident.
Harper and his defense attorney, Janet Andersen, appeared before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa K. Copeland on June 30 when counsel agreed to a three-day trial, beginning Sept. 5 before Judge Sylvester B. Cox.
Harper is charged with attempted first and second-degree murder, first-degree assault and several firearms violations in connection to the incident on Sept. 16, 2024.
Charging documents were unavailable on the Maryland Electronic Courts website on Monday.
