The case of attempted homicide defendant Dominic Noble was postponed for the second time in less than two months on Sept. 15.

Dominic Noble is facing multiple counts of attempted murder as well as robbery, assault, and firearm charges.

During reception court on Thursday, Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa Phinn informed the court that the prosecutor in the case was on vacation for the month of September, and the defendant’s new defense attorney, Arthur McGreevy, was not present.

Judge Phinn postponed the case to Oct. 3, when Noble and counsel are expected to return to reception court.
