Attempted Murder Case Not Called in Reception Court

The case of a Baltimore man charged with attempted murder was not called in Baltimore City Circuit Court before Judge Melissa M. Phinn on Oct. 15, despite being scheduled on the docket. 

According to FoxNews, Spencer Bright, 65, allegedly shot a 31-year-old man on North Robinson Street near Pulaski Highway in the Elwood Park area on March 28 at 7:33 p.m. 

He is charged with attempted first and second-degree murder, first and second-degree assault, felony use of a firearm in a violent crime, reckless endangerment, and discharging firearms. 

According to the Maryland Judiciary website, Bright’s next appearance is scheduled for court on January 26, 2022.
