The jury trial for attempted homicide defendant Matthew Lipscomb was postponed until February 2023.
On Dec. 19, Lipscomb and his defense counsel, Natalie Finegar, briefly appeared before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Ronald Silkworth on Dec. 19 for what was scheduled to be a jury selection. However, the case was sent to Judge Melissa Phinn‘s reception court, where it was rescheduled for Feb. 21, 2023, before Judge Gregory Sampson.
Finegar did not respond to Baltimore Witness’ inquiry into the postponement.
Lipscomb, 28, is facing multiple attempted murder and assault charges in addition to four weapons charges.
