The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide arrest in the Southeast District.
On Feb. 15, at approximately 3:30 p.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to the 6100 block of Plantview Way for a report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located an unidentified male suffering from an apparent life-threatening gunshot wound.
Medics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
