On March 28, at 6:00 a.m., members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force (WATF) arrested 21-year-old Kishawn Brooks without incident.
Brooks was arrested in the 5200 block of Reisterstown Road as a result of a traffic stop.
Homicide detectives for the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) believe Brooks is responsible for the murder of 32-year-old Juan Hill and the non-fatal shooting of a 24-year-old woman, which occurred on March 12, on the 1100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.
Brooks is being held at Central Booking Intake Facility and has been charged with first-degree murder and reckless endangerment.
He is being held without bail.
