An Off Duty Officers Spots a Shooting

On July 2, the Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the evening. 

According to a news release, an off duty BPD officer observed a suspect shoot a victim on the 600 block of North Eutaw Place at about 6:45 pm. The officer called for assistance allowing the suspect to be apprehended a short time after. 

Officers found a 52-year-old male, suffering a gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life -threatening injuries.
