The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting in the afternoon of June 18. 

According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 2500 block of Washington Blvd around 2:49 p.m. for reports of a shooting, where an adult man was found suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. 

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
